# Colombian Coffee

Colombian coffee comes from smallholder family farms scattered across three Andean mountain ranges, with Huila, Nariño, and Cauca now producing roughly a third of the national crop. Washed processing built the country's reputation for clarity and bright acidity, though naturals, honeys, and co-ferments are increasingly common among producers experimenting beyond tradition.
