# Bolivian Coffee

Bolivian coffee grows almost entirely in the Yungas, the steep Andean valleys east of La Paz, where smallholders farm plots rarely larger than a few hectares. Washed Typica and Caturra remain the backbone of production, while newer Gesha and Java plantings bring jasmine and citrus-blossom character to a cup known for clean, sweet stone fruit.
